I teach limited private sessions in the East Bay. I'm Stellarflow-trained, which means I do a Forrest Yoga-inspired practice that invites the emotional body to do its necessary process of recognition and release while finding deep comfort and even joy in the physical body. I love working with people who want to try yoga but don't feel comfortable at a studio - whether because of injury, being new to yoga, or feeling uncomfortable in the body because of pain or illness. I specialize in working deeply with yogis living with chronic illness or in the aftermath of acute trauma.
